Work package 1 – Project management
- Strengthened capacities of 8 partner organizations and their representatives: Youth Association V.U.K., TDM 2000, Hajde Creative, Illumniscate, Rom.hr, VRUM, Izvan fokusa and Legebitra
- 3 transnational project meetings were held in Varaždin, Vienna, and Varaždin
- 1 internal project manual with inputs from the first meeting developed
- 5 events with multiplier effect were organized and conducted in Varaždin, Ljubljana, Vienna, Cagliari, and Lyon
- A minimum of 200 participants in a multiplier effect event was introduced to the 4M Storytelling method
Work package 2 – Developing 4M Storytelling
- Acquired knowledge of storytelling, and developed the 4M Storytelling Method
Work package 3 – Test phase
- Conducted 1 on-site training for people working with young people on the topic of using 4M Storytelling
- Conducted 1 online training for people working with young people on the topic of using 4M Storytelling
- 40 youth workers participated in the training
Work Package 4 – Developing an interactive tutorial and web platform
- 4M Storytelling method, and video tutorial integrated into a web platform
Work Package 5 – Dissemination and Visibility
- Developed 1 strategy for communication, dissemination of results, and visibility
- 50 text cards about the 4M Storytelling project have been published on the partner’s online channels
- Translations of project results and manuals were made in partner languages: Croatian, Dutch, German, Roma, Italian, Slovenian, and French

Radni paket 1 – Upravljanje projektom
- Ojačani su kapaciteti 8 partnerskih organizacija i njihovih predstavnika: Udruga mladih V.U.K., TDM 2000, Hajde Creative, Illumniscate, Rom.hr, VRUM, Izvan fokusa i Legebitra
- Održana su 3 transnacionalna projektna sastanka u Varaždinu, Beču i Varaždinu
- Izrađen je 1 interni projektni priručnik s inputima prvog sastanka
- Organizirano i provedeno je 5 događaja s višestrukim učinkom u Varaždinu, Ljubljani, Beču, Cagliariju i Lyonu
- Najmanje 200 sudionika u događaju multiplikativnog učinka upoznalo se s metodom 4M Storytelling
Radni paket 2 – Razvoj 4M Storytellinga
- Stečeno je znanje o pripovijedanju, te razvijena 4M Storytelling metoda
Radni paket 3 – Testna faza
- Proveden je 1 on-site trening za osobe koje rade s mladima na temu korištenja 4M Storytellinga
- Provedena je 1 online edukacija za osobe koje rade s mladima na temu korištenja 4M Storytellinga
- Na treninzima je sudjelovalo 40 osoba koje rade s mladima
Radni paket 4 – Razvoj interaktivnog vodiča i web platforme
- 4M Storytelling metoda i video tutorial integrirani su u web platformu
Radni paket 5 – Distribucija i vidljivost
- Razvijena je po 1 strategija komunikacije, diseminacije rezultata i vidljivosti
- 50 tekstualnih kartica o projektu 4M Storytelling objavljeno je na online kanalima partnera
- Rezultati projekta i priručnik prevedeni su na partnerske jezike: hrvatski, nizozemski, njemački, romski, talijanski, slovenski i francuski
